DENBA Technology
We are the first registered branch in Canada to introduce DENBA technology from Japan.
DENBA TECHNOLOGY
Technology for maintaining food freshness, oxidation inhibition in deep fryers, and healthcare products where academic research is progressing. As of 2024, DENBA has formed capital partnerships with Itochu Corporation and SBI Holdings, and in the hotel industry, they are providing DENBA Health Room services to Japan’s largest hotel chain, APA Hotels, and launching jointly developed products with Hoshizaki Corporation, a major manufacturer of kitchen equipment. The company is expanding its business across industries. Originally, DENBA technology was developed to maintain the freshness of food for a longer period. Human cells carry an electrical charge, with the inside of the cell generally being negative ("-") and the outside being positive ("+") to maintain stability. This is called polarization. When the balance of cells is disrupted, it can significantly affect freshness and health, causing discomfort and pain. Every substance has its own unique wavelength (vibration). DENBA technology provides a frequency wavelength that causes water molecules to vibrate in a very fine, natural way without strain, enabling continuous gentle vibration of the water molecules. By attaching DENBA products to existing refrigeration and freezing systems, DENBA technology applies fine electronic vibrations to the water molecules in food, activating them to preserve the freshness of the food while keeping it refrigerated, frozen, or stored. By activating the cells in food, the technology helps preserve freshness, suppresses bacterial growth, and significantly reduces waste. Additionally, this technology has been applied to cooking aids for deep-fried foods and health equipment to improve human body conditions, gaining support from a wide range of people, including medical professionals, health-conscious individuals, and professional athletes.
